General Terms & Conditions

• To make a booking please fill the Reservation Form with valid documents.
• This is fully a family apartment, without any valid marriage documents, opposite gender are NOT allowed.
• As per Government regulations, we CAN’T check in any foreign guests without a valid passport and valid travel visa. All Indian guests MUST present one of the following: Passport copy, valid driving license, Voter ID card or Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not acceptable as proof of ID as per government rules.
• Extra beds are available at extra cost.
• Should guest arrived without prepayment, the Hotel reserves the right to collect full payment before check-in.
• Early Check-in is subject to flat availability.
• All rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) which are inclusive of the government tax and service charge.
• Payment can be made by Cash / Master or Visa Credit Card / UPI Payment / Net Banking.
• Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Check-in / Check-out policy :
  • Check-in time: 2:00 pm
  • Check-out time: 12:00 noon
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy :
  • Early arrival before 2:00 pm, are chargeable upon an approval
  • Late departure after 12:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate.
• For the customers staying for monthly rental, 10 days prior notice is mandated for Check-out.
• No show or short stay & High season cancellation 100% will be charged.
• Our Monthly Duration is fixed 30 Days
• Available Tariffs :
  • Monthly tariffs Duration: The Monthly duration is 30 days. (For the tenant's benefits, we will go by days count for monthly calculation. We do not consider the dates. Even if the month ends by 28 or 31, our calculation would be 30 days for the monthly tariff)
  • Daily tariffs Duration: We just follow the Check-in and Check-out for daily rates

Cancellation / Refund Policy

These policies are strict to keep the apartment available for guests who intend to stay with us.

• The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• If a booking cancellation request is made within 6 days to 2 days prior to the check-in date, then 10% of the total booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If the guest requests for cancellation, 2 days before the check-in date. one day retention will be charged.
• In case of no show or no communication about the cancellation, then the full booking amount will be charged.
• NO SHOW TERMS
  • Guaranteed reservation will be held for the guest from the check-in date till the next day 6:00 am. After which it will be treated as NO SHOW.
• In case of dates change existing booking needs to be canceled, see cancellation policy. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
• Any refund will be returned only to the same Credit Card account / bank account / through the EBS payment gateway or any other modes of which the payment is done. It may take up to 14 working days to refund the amount from the date of cancellation.
• No parties / noise are allowed at the premises. In case of any complaints, the management has to right to cancel the booking immediately, the balance amount will be refunded to the same mode of payment.

Damages to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the service apartment property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT:
  • Upon check out, we would verify if there any damages and return the security deposit the next day

Government rules and regulations & application of laws

Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Privacy Policy

At Navanith Nest, its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Navanith Nest”, “we” or “us” or “our”), we endeavor to provide our guests outstanding services and experiences in our service apartment. We value your business and your faith in us in delivering you a superior level of service. We recognize that privacy is important to our guests, and hence our Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the personal information we collect when you visit our service apartment. We shall protect your data, to keep it secure as per applicable privacy and data protection laws. You will be asked to consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy when making or confirming a reservation, registering for events or promotions, or otherwise corresponding with us via the Site or otherwise where required under applicable law.

• LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  • We may process your information because:
    • We have a contract with you
    • We must have provided services to you
    • To comply with the law

• TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

  • Information you provide to us: We collect personal data (including where applicable sensitive personal data) you provide directly to us. This may include the following:
  • personal and business information like your full name, date of birth, marital status, name of spouse, address, contact information, etc.
  • passport and visa information;
  • Identification document and/or address proof that you provide, viz. passport, driving licence, Aadhar card, etc.;
  • guest stay information, including our hotels where you have stayed, date of arrival and departure, goods and services purchased, special requests made, your service preferences, telephone numbers dialled, email id, faxes, telephone and other messages received;
  • any other personal data you choose to provide to us.
  • CCTV footage keep in outdoor premises

• SITUATIONS IN WHICH WE WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • We need all the categories of information in the list above primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations
  • CCTV footage information is collect, to ensure the security of the building, the safety of staff and visitors, as well as property and information located or stored on the premises

• DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  We may share your personal data:

  • between and among Navanith Nest and a limited number of our associates and affiliates as are relevant for the above purposes and to facilitate the operation of our business, but we shall only do so on a need to know basis;
  • With any law enforcement, courts, Government or regulatory bodies (in whatever jurisdiction), or otherwise in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, court order or legal process;

UNIVERSAL TERMS OF SERVICE

• OVERVIEW

  These Universal Terms of Service (collectively, this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ("Navanith Nest") and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website ("Site"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”).

  "You", "your", and “user” any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account or uses the Services. "We", "us" and "our" refer collectively to Navanith Nest.

• YOUR AGREEMENT

  By using the Site or Services, you agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

  • CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

    We reserve the right, upon notice to you, to modify any provisions of this Agreement at any time at our discretion and without liability to you. Modifications by us are effective thirty (30) days after notifying you via email to the address you have supplied us, or immediately via notice and acceptance through our Site. After such changes or modifications have been made, your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Agreement as last revised. If you do not agree to the modifications or to any applicable policies or guidelines on the Services, you must stop using the Site or Services. If you have purchased Services from us, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, including any changes made to this Agreement, as long as you take advantage of and use the Services.

  • ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORITY

    This Site and Services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise recognized as being able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the Services under the Indian laws or any other applicable jurisdiction.

    If you are using the Services on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If Navanith Nest finds that you do not have the legal authority to bind such entity, you will be personally responsible for the obligations contained in this Agreement. Navanith Nest shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from our reliance on any instruction, notice, document, or communication reasonably believed by us to be genuine and originating from an authorized representative of your entity. Navanith Nest reserves the right (but undertakes no duty) to require additional authentication from you if there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication.

  • GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

    • Your use of this Site and Services will comply with this Agreement, any applicable Services Agreement or policy that may apply to your use of the Services and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
    • You will not collect or harvest (or permit anyone else to collect or harvest) any User Content or any non-public or personally identifiable information about another user or any other person or entity without their express prior written consent.
    • You will not use this Site or any Services in a manner (as determined by Navanith Nest in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
      • is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, embarrassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
      • You will not copy or distribute in any medium any part of this Site or Services, except where expressly authorized by Navanith Nest.

• DISCLAIMER

  YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”. NAVANITH NEST, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ALL THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAVANITH NEST, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT (I) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTENT OF THIS SITE, (II) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, AND/OR (III) THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, AND NAVANITH ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAME.
